What You’ll Do?
This position provides the opportunity to support the operational delivery of Polish payroll. You’ll need to confidently work to tight deadlines and be an outstanding team player. This role is ideal for someone looking to take their next step with the proven experience they have accumulated.

Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and collecting all required inputs to payroll.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to process payroll.
  • Preparing, reviewing and validating payroll files and reports.
  • Helping resolve input errors and other issues from vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • Responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding questions or issues related to payroll data and/or payroll reports.
  • Participation in projects related to payroll.
  • Ongoing monitoring of changes in tax, social security and labor law.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll area within a complex international organization.
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations.
  • Experience in cooperation with payroll services providers.
  • Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse local and global stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative and proactive working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
